It's beginning to look a lot like "The Holidays!"

It really is beginning to look a lot like the HOLIDAYS!! Two more weeks and it will pretty much be over with! But for the time being.....this week was a fun one to set the mood.

We "painted" or frosted some sugar cookies! They actually tasted MUCH better than they looked. Thanks Dr. Isaacson for all the goods! The boys had a BLAST!

Santa made a trip to our ward party this year!!! He had to hold tight to his beard the whole time...haa haa. He sure made the boys day though! Well....not as much for Davin, he was a bit scared. Dad sure helped in that matter though! Santa didn't get too smooshed! ;)
Tate was in HEAVEN though! He was sooooo ready to tell Santa that he has been a good boy (sure!) and tell him that he wanted a "robot that spits disks out of his mouth!" Well......we will just have to see if he has been that good this year! ;)

That evening we had anther great Christmas party! ThermoFisher Scientific to be exact! What a great time of year for Aaron to start a new job! Haa haa

It was super duper fun too! It was at the CASTLE in Hyde Park.

We shook our stuff and won tickets to enter more drawings! We got lots and lots of tickets! Aaron even got beads around his neck...which meant FINALLY all of our hard work paid off and we got a PRIZE!! Hip Hip Hooray!!

We didn't win a XBOX or lots of GIFT CARDS like our other pals (you know who you are)...but we did in fact win and bring home a few things like this....

What a great time it was to dance around and hang with the hubs for a sweet date night. Everyone and their dog in CV was there it seemed. We had such a great time seeing lots of old faces we hadn't seen in ages. This new job thing might be a better thing after all. Ha Ha!

Leaving for the evening....I was excited to yell "I went inside a CASTLE!!!" yeah, yeah....I am a dork!
In other news....Tate has been so proud of his GINGERBREAD HOUSE! He decorated it all by himself.....
....and ate most of it all by himself too! One night sweet cousin Alysse came to hang with us and she helped Tate take a lick! Gotta love Cousin Alysse!! We love having her up at USU!

The hustle and the bustle!

Tis the season for the hustle and the bustle! This year is even more so now that Aaron has started his new job...(which he really is enjoying) along with me working as well. With the everyday life busy, it is much more difficult to get the holiday "stuff" done. Still haven't started shopping, and probably wont for another week or so. ha ha SO NOT ME!! Even though the Christmas decor is out which we are LOVING, it doesn't feel like the holidays. Does it for you??? I am hoping it will feel like it the sooner it gets...which is coming up SUPER DUPER fast!

Thanksgiving means: Grandma and Grandpa Wheeler came down from Fruitland for the splendid weekend! Oh how we miss these two! We love and miss them so much!!

Thanksgiving means: People EVERYWHERE they can fit in one home! LOVE IT!

Gotta love THANKSGIVING!! There is PLENTY more to be thankful for as well! This was just a start!

Last weekend!

So this last weekend was a GREAT one! IT SNOWED~A LOT too!! It just kept coming down for hours and hours. Aaron and I decided that we would put the kids to bed and go out and play in it for a bit! He started a large snowball for the starting of a snowman. (The kids would later finish it!) I shoveled the walks....and then a huge snow ball fight was started (thanks to Aaron)...and ended in some white washes. (thanks to Charee) Great fun was had all around!

Aaron just couldn't pick up his snow ball!! Muscles and all. ;)
So...he kissed it instead!

The first finished SNOW BUDDIE of the year!! All my three boys made him while I was outta town! Such a beauty! **She/he even has eye lashes!!** (picture taken the next night!)
While my boys were home Saturday making the snowman...My sweet sister Cindi and I went and "Cristinapped" our other sister Cristi!! She had a baby a couple months ago and has been feeling a bit house trapped!

We came to take her out to lunch and a day on the town!

She had NO clue!! PRICELESS!!

We were then ready to STEAL HER!!! Fun times!
Our glorious destination first was good ol' TACO TIME!!
Long story here...but this particular location has the BEST salsa/everything BAR for our cheap little taco's!! YUM!
We loaded up on the goods...and ate ate and ate! Of course chatted as well! We enjoyed hanging and chatting and eating treats the rest of the day too. Not pictured! Sure LOVE my sisters!
It then was time to go with the GAL PALS for some BREAKING DAWN moments! I had to hurry and drive home to make it just in time for this strange/cheesy movie (I must admit)...but fun at the same time. Always still a good night no matter what when you are with the ladies!!
