Mother's day weekend!

This mother's day was so fun to have my two older sisters come and spend a whole day together with our mom! We first hit the Smithfield health days parade, then made a large salad and potato bar lunch...along with going to get free frozen yogurt at a local shop in town. We love spending time together and we all Love each other so much. How lucky are we to have such great family! I love them all!

Our 1540 street get together!

One eve we decide it would be fun to do a "1540" (our street) street get together! We know most everyone pretty good, but a couple of the new move in's we don't so much! It was super last minute, but turned out real well. We had about 8 of the homes on our street come (out of a dozen)! We ate hot dogs and smores over a couple of fire pits. We chatted and just hung out until late. Everyone that came thought we should do it on a regular basis. Guess we better...cuz we might we leaving soon! :(  So sad, cuz we sure have loved our neighborhood! It was really great though, to really get to know those that live right around us!

Cinco de mayo!

This year with us moving and graduation and many more excuses...we didn't do a huge party! We had to keep it tradition though, so since it fell on a Sunday we made a yummy meal for it! The boys had a great time wearing their sombreros during it. The next night for FHE we went to PACO'S TACO'S as well to celebrate a bit more with friends. Maybe next year when things seem to settle down a bit, we will do it large again. Not too large...it was getting too big for our own good! Fun times!

Don't mess with me! This is much bigger than my body! ;)

We went on a bike ride after to burn off all the calories! :) No really just the first bike ride of the year. First bike ride for Crew ever!

PACO TACO!!!

BBQ's out back!

This spring we have had quite a few fires out back. The kids love it and mom and dad do too! We have had random friends and family over to enjoy the fire and fun as well! This time the Holton's came and later the Wiley's joined. It always is fun to sit around a fire, eat and laugh about any and everything. This time surely was no exception. Aaron was pretending to do a blue dart in one...just an fyi! :) Ha Ha...silly fella!

Davin's actual Birthday and random pics of kids!

Since we had a party for Davin earlier, we went super simple on his actual Birthday! We went to Wendy's for lunch and the dollar store for fun. Later he had some leftover cake and treats and got more gifts. He is such a sweet and fun kid and we just love him to bits. He is so funny too! He dresses himself of course, but on his Birthday he was all backwards  His shirt, pants, underwear and the funny thing was...even his socks! He didn't mean to though, which made it hilarious. What a joy he is! (pictured below)

The boys are really loving Crew as well! He is getting a bit older and bigger and more fun to play with. They are such great older brothers and help mom out a lot with him. So excited for them all to be the three amigos soon! They will have so much fun!
Cute random pictures of baby Crew around the house!

He bites anything in sight! Including his toes! Ha!

Silly pineapple hats!

The boys have chocolate tools in their hands. Hard to see in pictures...but super tasty in their mouths! Yum!
Mr Tater, loves playing with potato heads!
Davin too!

We sold our truck!

This may be one of the most boring post for others...but for us, we want to always remember "big grey"! He was a truly LARGE and beastly truck! He was very good for our landscaping business but not needed any more. We loved having a truck and usually said we needed a truck as well for fun...BUT the payment was more than we could chew at this point, so we sent him on his way! :( The new owners parents came to pick him up and I took pictures as he drove off! Until we meet again big grey! Until we meet again! :)

Davin's 4th Birthday SUPER HEROES (friend) party!!

Today Davin had his 4th Birthday party! (His Birthday isn't for a couple more days!) He had a BLAST!! It was SUPER HERO themed! He really really wanted it to be wolverine themed...but that was bit tough, so we changed it to this. HA HA!  He was so excited and was dreaming about a friend party this year! Due to us moving in the near future, we had to make sure that dream came true. He invited a few of his closest friends from his Sunbeam class and friends on our street! There were so many more too...but we just don't have the space! Darn it all!

Super heroes are just the thing these days for him. He loves ANY and EVERY kind out there! I tried to incorporate a few on his cake!  He enjoyed it, so my deed was done! :)
The gift bags and activities!

When the kids came in the house...we took a picture of the HERO'S!!

Love you Aaron!

The Birthday boy Davin and Tate!

Parker and Carson!
Quincy and Merrick!
Lil and Mals!
Jacob and Jarra!
The group of REAL CUTE HEROES!

The first activity was to connect the dots (a spider web) and then place spider man stickers all over it. They could color the coloring page as well if they wanted!

Next activity was to shoot the spider web with 'Spider man webbing' (silly string)! They all had a hoot over this!

Then we went a little nuts and sprayed whomever wanted to be! Ha! That was funny!

We then did gifts! Davin was sure spoiled with fun things from his little HERO friends!

Here's his loot!

We then sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY and ate CAKE, cupcake brownies and ice cream sandwiches! Sugar high right before lunch, I tell ya!

Such a CUTE little buddy I have! We love him so!

Crew was such a great little boy and slept through most of it as well! :)
Happy Birthday DAVIN!You are such a soft hearted, sweet and kind little boy! We have LOVED having you in our home over the past 4 years! You always have a smile on your face and everyone notices where ever we go! Life would not be so GREAT without you in it! Happy day stinkers!!
