The changes are in...some of them....

I was ready for a change...a bright change...and this is what I came up with. I like it...you may not..but I do! We are in our family room like 95% of the day, and I wanted something bright, airy, carefree....whatever the word is...something to lighten the mood. It changes color depending on the time of the day, this picture was taken at night. We have been in our home almost 3 years and I haven't picked up a paintbrush yet..so I think it was about time.

This is the HUGE 32X26, and BEAUTIFUL picture of the Logan temple I just made. I LOVE IT! I went to a class last week with some family and friends and have a WONDERFUL time. If you are interested in making one...let me know. (I can tell you the details..there are other temples also.)
My hubby built this TV hutch and I painted it.

/>My sis in law got a new table and gave us her old one...it had had better days, so I sanded, painted and restored this old table. (I still need to paint the clear coat on the chairs when it gets warmer...it stinks to high heaven.)
(oh and we re-covered the chairs to p-leather, due to having kids...material is not a smart choice.)
I darkened up our curio to a darker stain...I think I may even make it darker in the summer..But it turned out Ok...for my selection of bells.
AND this one is ever so changing day by day....I hate it when my boys get older...I want them to stay little!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, not a yard sale..a BLOG SALE!

Ok so this is kinda a stretch....and it's cold outside to have a garage/yard sale but my hubby and I was were cleaning out the crawl space the other day. AND we noticed that we have WAY too much stuff under there. (I like to change decor from time to time and told him I would try and sale it.) Well, I guess I am trying to say here, that if I sale it.....I can get more...haa haa!

The post of a lifetime..........

I wish this really was a great post of a lifetime like I had told you before....but due to my computer turning off 3 times now in the middle of trying to upload, loosing my pictures to ERROR 3 times, this is all you are going to get!!! I promise, I will start to post more...and have far less pictures. We have taken sooo many since Thanksgiving, but I haven't posted any. I just randomly picked one or two of each event....so here we go....HOLD ON!


This was our Brent Barfuss (my dad) Christmas party. It took place after Christmas on New Years day. We drove down to my sisters house in Clearfield and enjoyed a great day of food, games and family. (I forgot my camera on new years eve..we went to the other side of the families and ohhh my..had a WAY fun time with loads of friends....)
