LOVIN' the month of OCTOBER!!!

WHY???? are we having a great month of October?? Well this is why...

1st off- (G)houls (N)ight (O)ut with the Gals! This month the most fabulous Jamie Child hosted it...and let me talk about funny and a great time. There was some great and HILARIOUS costumes!! Always a great time, that is for sure.

The Ghouls.....(gals) acting in part of their characters.
I would LOVE to put all the ladies on here for an up close and personal view from the fashion show..(YES, I did take a picture of each and everyone of them as they strutted past me)...but due to time, I am just going to post some of the most memorable. (See all from the night on greenmeadowsgirlsnight.blogspot.com)

Where's WENDA?? I don't know?? I can't see her.
The best endowed warrior I have ever seen.
The desperate house wife of the 80's!! (funny thing is most of your mom's did wear this. My mom sure did, and I thought she was gorgeous!!)
Jamie on the left...was in the most FAB eyelashes! I want a pair.
I was a NASTY "Zombie"/dead prom queen. Yes, that was my sisters REAL prom dress back from the 80's and YES it was beautiful..haa haa! (Yes, my costume was a stretch..but I paid NOTHING for it..and that is what I was trying to pull off.)

ON TO THE HOTTIE on my RIGHT...the most fab and most talented hot topic of the night. Miley Cyrus came to the party....YES she did, even with her busy schedule... AND.... I met her....for reals!!!!! YAY

2nd big deal of the week!! The PUMPKIN WALK!! I grew up just up and around the corner from this wonderful and great affair. I always look forward to going to each year. My kids love it TOO!

The newest thing the last couple years is the BUS ride up to it and back...what a fun new little tradition to ride the bus and of course take a picture.

Look who we saw on the bus!!! What a fabulous suprise..and what a cute little family as well. HA HA
Tate is not a quiet kid for the most part...and he was in ahhh most of the night. I thought it was sure strange, but so cute at the same time. He loved it!

Tate dared to pet the wiggly spider last year on this cute witches lap. But he was a bit freaked out this year. I don't blame him. (notice his face..haa haa)
Third year in a row for this yoda shot. So cute!

Afterwords to warm up.....off to the McCLELLAN'S favorite spot in town. THE ZONE!!!!
We are watching you!!!!

3rd...NOT SO FUN issue from the week. I figure I can add it to my countdown JUST because it is sorta Halloween worthy. Davin just fell like any other toddler does, but against the kitchen chair. Dang it!! He hit the chair just right on the very edge of his eye. It started bleeding and getting a hematoma right away. It really scared mom for sure because it was so close to the eye. It is fine and all is ok...but he looks like he has already got dressed up for the Halloween holiday.
It is hard to see the Black eye so much in these pictures. It is more on the upper eye lid.

4th- The USU Homecoming parade. This is always a great and fantastic tradition for our family. We love to go and see all the fun things in the parade, BUT MORE SO this is a very generous parade and we LOVE getting all of the goods.

My darling niece is down from Oregon to go to USU. She and her roommate met up with us and Aaron's family. FUN TIMES I'LL TELL YA!!! FUN TIMES.
Loading up. Those are my boys!

We love love love Halloween and all of the festivities! More to come......

"Little Stinker" is 18 months TODAY!!!

Davin: AKA "Stinkers" turned the BIG 18 months TODAY! (Of course the month every mom looks forward to **FOR** nursery! I am a little sad because I will feel so lonely without someone to stress over during class on Sunday's. ***BUT also, so excited (if he goes) to listen to a WHOLE lesson..without a ton of distractions!!

Davin is such a sweet "little" guy, and when I say little I mean LITTLE! Here are his stats as of TODAY! (I did these from home...but I did these for years at a doctors office, so I think they are pretty lajit!)

Head: 18 1/2" 25% (YAY, finally on the curve!!)
Weight: 18.8 pounds -15% (Boo, WAY off the charts, should be around 27# by now.)
Height: 30 1/2" 5% (YAY, finally on the curve!!)

So, even though he is small, he is starting to grow. He will get there, he will! He has made so many improvement in just a few short months...things are looking up for this dude. Yes they are.

We LOVE you little guy, you make this house hold soo much fun! LOVE YOU, LOVE YOU, LOVE YOU!!!

New born....

FUNNY STUFF!

Ok, so this really is funny! As you know...my youngest Davin has some major pooping problems. He can go days and days and days without going. BUT, sometimes a miracle happens and all breaks loose (of course with major help of laxatives.) When it breaks loose, he has one small poop after another after another. If we leave it in his diaper too long, it burns his little bum. So these days we have to go through lots and lots of diapers.

Well....the funny part of this story is: we had gone out to Aaron's mom's house for a visit. I had taken a hand full of diapers or more, and had gone through them very quickly. Sure enough, we were OUT and somehow needed to get home.

Thankfully my mother in law and her husband came to the rescue.

DEPENDS DIAPERS!!!

No, my in-laws are not that old, but they had some from THEIR parents. (We joke saying it the other way around though..haa haa!)

I must say, Davin does look SUPER cute in this massive depend diaper. Not too overly comfortable I am sure...but still way funny and cute!

This will be one memory that we will not forget.

Up to the armpits even!

Still fast though....

Davin thinking..."why are they all laughing at me so???"

20 post in a week!

Ok, so I am nuts!! WHY DID I EVER GET SO BEHIND?? But I did...and I just caught up. Please go back 20 post for my sake. REALLY! I will be better from now on...promise!

He WINS AGAIN!!!

Remember last year when I entered Davin into a Diaper decorating contest at Stork Landing??

He was a monkey with a decorated leafy/banana diaper. Remember?

He won all of this??

He did it again! Except this year he was "Captain Underpants!!"

Here are all of the other contestants. (Davin was being a super daddy's boy, so that is why Aaron is in with all of the other mothers...ha ha.
These HOTTIES entered their babies in too. SOO CUTE!
Korver was the most darling "Smarty Pants" I have ever seen.
Lillian was a gorgeous peacock. Such a cutie!
Truly the cutest thing ever..... Mr. Smarty pants!!!
I just want to eat her....YUM!
# 7, Davin AKA: "Captain Underpants" walking up the isle to show off his fancy diaper.
What a little pro. (he did keep wanting to sit down for some reason...silly nilly!)
His cape!
A better picture of the front.

The back!
HE WINS!! "Peoples choice award" Meaning everyone that was there chose him as their fav. He wanted daddy to go up and get his prize.
Coming back with his gift card and treats!
Great job buddy!
His winnings! Plus $5 more dollars for entering in the contest. Sweet!
What we got with the winnings!
Not too shabby for a little felt/glue and just 30 minutes of mommy's time. GREAT pictures, FUN memories, LOVELY toys...all for free. SOOOO AWESOME!! Great JOB DAVIN, your cute self takes the cake though.

Loven' the great outdoors!

The fall is such a beautiful time of year. We have enjoyed being outside as much as possible. Grandma took us to see some really pretty leaves up the canyon the other day. It is her and grandpa's secret little trail. It really was beautiful. The kids enjoyed picking up all the little things on the ground and following the little trail.

Aaron got put in as the Elders Quorum president in our ward. He really enjoys it. He chose two wonderful counselors and a fabulous secretary! These guys have already had wonderful times together at their meetings and so forth. Aaron likes to fish, but sorta feels like an outcast when it comes to how much the other 3 LOVE fishing. We have planned a couple outing with the presidency. One up for a cook out- up third dam and one up Hyrum canyon fishing and sight seeing. The kids all have a great time getting dirty and just running around everywhere.

Cute kids!

Tate was a little freaked out to touch this slimy fish....but he did and was ok. He thinks they are scary now though.
