So last minute the other night...we decided to have a little MASQUERADE party! It was sorta a trial and error party...and I enjoyed IT! Every minute of it! Next year, you ALL will come!
This was the low down!
*NO KIDS!
*Bring a SPOOKY side dish/treat!
*Party it up!
There was plenty of munchies!
The mood was set!

Someone brought these FREAKY mouths!
Someone brought these NASTY...."Tasty" TURDS! (actually they were pretty tasty! Even with candy corns in the mix...ewwwwwwwww.)
Someone brought these DELISH Carmel apples! MMMM mmmm GOOD!
Someone brought healthy Veggies too! But candy is always a must!
Chips and dip too!
Witches BREW (root beer) and bloody fingers (BBQ little sausages) were there for our partaking!
Hence it was a MASQUERADE, there had to be MASKS..right?!! Any or whatever type was an option! Funny it was!!! Good laughs all around!
Along with the BLACK lights, we had STROBE flashing lights! Of course fun to dance around to THRILLER and GHOST BUSTERS...and other haunted sounds of the season! A dance off was a MUST! The later the night got...the funnier it was!This was the best picture I could capture with the effects. Cameras just can't capture the mood, or at least my camera couldn't!
Of course there was a Mask contest! Who do you think won? Well it was the one with the cigar hanging out of it's mouth. It was pretty darn good and funny!There was one though that some were trying on and laughing there heads off. It was super cheap...but makes even the most "manly man"...womanly! HA HA NICE!
My personal fav of course! Put those hands down AARON! UGH! HA HA
Even HOTTIE girls look a bit FREAKY in it! Hee hee
We love Halloween around here! Always fun to get out of our comfort zone and wear something STRANGE!

DAVIN is in a BIG BOY BED!!!
He would have been ready a long time ago, but we just never spend the time to do it! (Tate was out of his 1 1/2 yrs before Davin) We put the bed in his room this weekend, and he has slept in it ever since. (Guess the crib is coming down! Sniffle sniffle...my baby is getting too big!)
Now we just need to buy him some real blankets and bedding! ;)

What fun! Totally awesome at parties...I need to take lessons. Isn't it crazy when babies move to big boy beds...agggh...such big little ones!!
