Davin's 4th Birthday SUPER HEROES (friend) party!!

Today Davin had his 4th Birthday party! (His Birthday isn't for a couple more days!) He had a BLAST!! It was SUPER HERO themed! He really really wanted it to be wolverine themed...but that was bit tough, so we changed it to this. HA HA!  He was so excited and was dreaming about a friend party this year! Due to us moving in the near future, we had to make sure that dream came true. He invited a few of his closest friends from his Sunbeam class and friends on our street! There were so many more too...but we just don't have the space! Darn it all!

Super heroes are just the thing these days for him. He loves ANY and EVERY kind out there! I tried to incorporate a few on his cake!  He enjoyed it, so my deed was done! :)

The first activity was to connect the dots (a spider web) and then place spider man stickers all over it. They could color the coloring page as well if they wanted!

Next activity was to shoot the spider web with 'Spider man webbing' (silly string)! They all had a hoot over this!

Then we went a little nuts and sprayed whomever wanted to be! Ha! That was funny!

We then did gifts! Davin was sure spoiled with fun things from his little HERO friends!

We then sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY and ate CAKE, cupcake brownies and ice cream sandwiches! Sugar high right before lunch, I tell ya!

Crew was such a great little boy and slept through most of it as well! :)

Happy Birthday DAVIN!You are such a soft hearted, sweet and kind little boy! We have LOVED having you in our home over the past 4 years! You always have a smile on your face and everyone notices where ever we go! Life would not be so GREAT without you in it! Happy day stinkers!!

Day # 9 of our AZ & CA VACA (Last day!)

We stayed in Kanab last night in a "not so nice" motel! It was pretty old and not so great..but we had drove into the night...and just needed a place to rest our heads! It worked! We then hit the road...to get home! The kids had no desire to go home...and either did I! Especially the snow storm awaiting us! :( On our way past Payson, UT...we saw the temple being built! It is taking shape and looking real nice! Here is a picture from the freeway!

When we got home all was well and we were able to pull out these tasty little treats! Right off the tree from my parents AZ place! Gotta love it baby! 

What a great trip we were able to take.  We saw so much and did a lot, but the sun was a super nice bonus as well! My parents made it all happen and we loved every moment of it! Might just have to make this a yearly thing! :) ;)

Day # 8 of our AZ & CA VACA

Today was one of our highlights of the trip! Instead of going to Disneyland or Sea World/Zoo we decided to go to "OUT OF AFRICA" in AZ! It was AWESOME! It is not a zoo and is nothing like what we had ever done before! It is just like you are in AFRICA, but you aren't! The animals are so cool and not ones you see everyday! The really neat thing is, you see them super close and in their natural habitat! We fed the giraffe and camels carrots, but later in the day they did the predictor feed! All the lions, tigers, hyena's + all got meat! We got to go around and watch them get fed! So neat, kinda gross..but neat! We watched shows like "Tiger splash" where tigers do tricks with people! Another show I got called up to hold a NASTY snake! Not just a snake...and BIG python! UGH!! They of course wanted to heal peoples fears of snakes. I am the first to say, it did not heal me! AT ALL! UGH UGH UGH! I do not like snakes one bit!! We hit all the shows and saw all there was to see until it closed! It was a HOT day...but sooo fun and we all LOVED it!

 We saw lots of other animals along our ride!

 

 

 We then were able to walk anywhere and everywhere or ride different buses around to see everything. We did a bit of both! So much to see! So much to do! We enjoyed all they had to offer...all day! All the shows were amazing!

 It was VERY hot day and baby Crew was super HOT...but still HAPPY! We all got a bunch of sun that day!

 It sure was a grand ol day! We then were on our way out! It was soooo much fun and very worth it all!  We then hit the road! Our goal was to get into Utah at least to stay the night!
