This morning we woke for the last time in
Yuma, AZ! We said our goodbyes to my parents and started our trek up the state of AZ to
MESA!
First we made a stop at the
FLEE markets!
WOW! Wonderful deals on crap! I love crap though, so I was in heaven! Earrings were only a buck something and clothes were cheap too. I think due to the snow birds leaving, things were really marked down! We shopped WAY too long in Aaron's book! HA HA
We did stop and grab some fruits and veggies for our travels home as well! Great prices and yummy!
We drove for a few hours and made a stop by the
MESA, AZ temple! Such a different temple than the San Diego...but still beautiful in different ways! The grounds were
HUGE and sooo pretty! Loved it all!
I was feeling pretty buff with this temple!
The kids enjoyed all of the water fountains and ponds!
They each had a penny and made a wish and threw it in!
These flowers were HUGE and Beautiful! I love these!
Mesa temple grounds had a cacti garden as well! So awesome!!
The visitor's center was very neat and had a large Christos like SLC's! The missionary's were cute with the kids!
We then drove further up the road to where we would be staying the night. We had hoped to stop and see some Indian ruins and such...but the hotel and swimming sounded just as fun! The kids
LOVE hotels. I just can't tell you enough! The all sleep well too! Can't complain!
